The farmhouse consists of two independent apartments newly renovated, and maintaining their traditional Tuscany architecture. They are surrounded by a large pleasant garden including a vegetable garden producing a selection of delicious, tasty seasonal produce which the guests are welcome to use.

Each apartment has air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV. and, in the large garden , BBQ and tables and chairs are available for guests’ use.

The apartments offer several sleeping  solutions depending on the number of guests and their requirements. The 2+2 solution (Rosa) is suitable for a family while  the 3+2 solution (Biancospino) can accommodate a larger family or a group of friends.

Rosa (2+2)

There is a private entrance on ground floor and scenic view towards the valley.

There is a  living room with  a sofa bed, kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), and a twin bedroom and  bathroom. Area 60 square meters.

Biancospino ( 3+2)

There is a private entrance on ground floor and scenic view from all sides.

It consists of a large living room, kitchen/dining room (hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher), two bedrooms, and bathroom. Area 80 square meters.

Our own farm produce (wine, vinsanto, (a sweet desert wine)  extra-virgin olive oil) are sold on site.

The nearest village for supermarket, shops and restaurants (both a reasonable and more expensive  pizzeria, ) is Cerbaia at a walking/cycling distance of 2 kms.

Other facilities available nearby include a tennis court (3 Kms), Fishing game lake (1 Km); Golf course (8 Kms); Public swimming pool (7 Km).

The local area is full of walking and cycling trails.
